User Agreement/Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Growise! By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Growise (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your use of our services.

2. Scope of Services

Growise provides a range of services, including but not limited to:

• Analytics and Reporting

3. User Responsibilities

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

• Ownership: All deliverables created by Growise remain our intellectual property. You are granted access for the duration of your active subscription.
• Client Materials: Any pre-existing materials provided by you remain your property and will be used solely for agreed purposes.
• Post-Termination: Upon termination, access to Growise-created IP ceases unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Payment and Fees

• Payments must be made as outlined in your service agreement.
• Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
• Additional fees apply for services outside the original agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the agreement. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be required for specific services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using Growise-created IP, and we will return any client-specific data upon request.

8. Liability and Indemnification

• Growise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
• You agree to indemnify Growise against any claims resulting from your use of our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, both parties will first attempt good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable laws.

10. Changes to Terms

Growise reserves the right to amend these terms. Any updates will be communicated via our website or email and take effect immediately.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Growise operates.
